Project 1-Sunday Comic Strip by Neil Bryan Castro, Nik Nurhafieza Nik Mohd Rosidi, and Benjamin Alto
Artists Neil Bryan Castro, Nik Nurhafieza Nik Mohd Rosidi, and Benjamin Alto collaborated during week 1 of ASA 115 "race traitors" on this Sunday comic strip. Described in the scene is a conversation between two friends over a friendly game of pong. As the conversation progresses the mixed "color" of one of the friends is brought into question, where introspectively he does not associate with either of the two colors. His friend then acknowledges that any form of racial profiling would be considered racist.
The inspiration for this artwork came from the group' Neil Castro's relation with his hometown friend and the conversations that they carry out through video game play. The topic was centered around the themes brought up in the class around the lack of personal identity that mixed race members experienced in relation to their races. The strip also showcased the need for society to place these mixed-race people into a box consisting of only a single one of the races that make them up.
The piece was made using pencil and colored marker and placed in a traditionally styled three box comic strip.

Not sure what you were trying to accomplish with the concept or depict with the strip. It seems vague and disjointed. Rethink the idea and redo the art. It could be better.
